Skywalker is excellent strain for relaxation, as it is followed by uplifting cerebral effects that leave individuals feeling happy. The body high that accompanies these effects is relatively mild compared to some pure Indicas, but still incredibly potent, just like the munchies effect of Skywalker. Unfortunately, this strain does have some common negative effects, including dry eyes and mouth, dizziness, paranoia, and headaches.

While not everyone is completely sedated by Skywalker, first-time individuals should still use it responsibly and reserve it for evening or nighttime use. It is often chosen as a form of medication for individuals who suffer from stress, anxiety, and insomnia. Skywalker is not recommended for severe or intense pain, but it may alleviate milder aches and pains. Additionally, this strain is used to stimulate appetite, combat depression, and relieve nausea.
